DAILY MOOD EXERCISE
What is Antagonism? Antagonism can be described a feeling of being at odds
with the world, of being argumentative, and of excessive anger and
frustration, triggered most often by the behaviors of others. The antagonist
often feels conflicting and confrontational emotions. Often one may overreact
to these perceptions and act out in an overtly agressive, or antagonistic
way. Ex-antagonism Ex-antagonism may stem from an unresolved relationship,
which may have left emotional scars and residues and may be impacting on your
life on a long-term basis. This could include being left to support the
children, working two jobs, being in an abusive relationship or being
marginalized by society in some way. These are very real factors which impact
on an individual’s sense of harmony with the world at large. The number one key
to treating or eliminating antagonism is releasing these pent up feelings of
frustration and conflict. You need to learn to just let go of these emotions
in the energy body and how to do it. Chi Meridian

Chanelling exercises are a great way to control anger and
antagonism. This includes a combination of gentle physical movements,
breathing practices, combined with intrinsic channeling movements which
create a healing magnetic energy field around and behind the body. See figure of 8 Remember BI – breathing in or intrinsic breath.
