Mood Exercises What is Anger? Anger
is an expression of deep-seated emotions,
unique to each person and their experience of betrayal, abuse,
sadness, or even grief and a sense of loss. Symptoms of anger vary but are
commonly identified by outbreaks of temper, an uncontrollable urge to hurt
someone close to you, or simply the need to express one’s emotions loudly by
shouting. This
page is designed to help you discover your own emotional truth. Even if you
are feeling uncontrollable anger in your life, there is hope. Visualisation It is important to
be able to physically express the negative emotions of anger that have
manifested itself in your energy body. Try to feel and visualise the emotions
in the different areas of your body, and imagine the pain and negative
feelings which are paralyzing these areas.
